2018 AGM & Weekend

The society’s Annual General Meeting for 2018 will be held at 11:00am on Saturday 5th May 2018 in the Conference Room of the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Ellice Way, Wrexham LL13 7YH (tel. 01978 291400).

The Wrexham Ramada Plaza Hotel is located approximately one mile from Wrexham General railway station and half a mile from the A483/A541 interchange, on the western outskirts of the town (OS grid ref. SJ 323507) – see map above. Link to hotel website: Website: Ramada Wrexham

Important Update: All coach trips during the weekend are now Fully Booked.

As usual, there will be a full weekend of events from Thursday 3rd May through to Monday 7th May. Use this link for the full programme for the weekend:  2018 AGM Weekend Programme. This detail differs slightly from that included in the mailing of the January Bulletin in that additional information is included on the transport arrangements for Monday afternoon/evening.

Please note that, other than for the Annual General Meeting itself, bookings are essential for all events during the weekend. There are no online booking facilities for this event and postal applications are required. The booking form was included with the January Bulletin. There is a maximum number that can be accommodated on the coach trips and reservations will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.
